We're going to Universal Orlando but my aunt is buying the tickets for us and she's not going to be there on the same day we are. Do we need to have a photo id to pick up the tickets at the electronic ticket pick-up booths?

   yes
   an electronic ticket, is send to you via email.
   you have to print it and take it with you to the airport, its your ticket.

   Generally, the requesting office or organization specifies what they accept as forms of photo ID.
